Shots
I have taken a few shots and it is a lot harder than I thought. So far things looked jumbled but making sure that things aren't coming out of the subjects head is working. I am more aware which helps but finding it harder at the same time. Any ideas how to make the photos look less jumbled? What I have learned is keep the amount of people in the photo down and things look more organized. Good luck all.

It appears my blog has disappeared
So while trying to post my audio online my blog disappeared. Interestingly enough it shows up for me but not under the class Web-site. Well besides me being inadequate with technology I guess I will repost my last post.
The issues raised last class by Damon were something I think we all needed to hear. Although its been said before reinforcement is always beneficial. It was hard for me to sit there and bite my tongue at the clock clicked past 8 p.m. Not only because I had a prior engagement I was late for but because I knew if I said what I thought the discussion would last much longer.
What is with everyone thinking that because the news is not only in print anymore the whole system will collapse. Steve said in his blog "If it ain't broke don't fix it" Well, print may not be broken but it is definetly breaking. We need to draw readers in and the internet is the perfect way to do that. With all the hacks out there we need to give readers a place to go online that is reliable. Right now our market is leaving for a lower quality of news and if we take the reigns now and refocus journalists have hope.
If anything I think that we should be grateful that there is an entirely new field out there for journalists. Print will survive but other areas also need to flourish and change is not always a bad thing.
Addressing the issue of keeping information reliable. I think that it is acheivable but we will have to work a little harder. Because things need to be posted online quickly and news needs to get out faster as journalists we must make sure that the information is completely reliable. Sounds funny huh? That is because that is what we have always tried to do, but suddenly because the information is online people are all up in arms. It is possible to post and publish online quickly and efficiently. For now see the positive rather than the negative because there is not many other options.
